The hotel is a low rise hotel, built in the local Ionian architectural style and is situated on the top of a green seaside hill, overlooking the famous Mavratzis sandy beach, in the beautiful Vassilikos area.

The hotel operates on an All Inclusive basis. The main restaurant provides enriched buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. A second restaurant provides A La Carte Mediterranean menu and finally a pool side bar is also available.
