The lobby is medium sized with a classy polished granite floor and wood-panelled walls.
exterior
This is a fairly nondescript building, blending in with its neighbours.
restaurant
The restaurant is on the ground floor off the lobby, and is a local institution with top quality cuisine in intimate, cosy surroundings.
rooms
The rooms are large, light and airy, with traditional decor and pale, mainly pastel colourschemes. They are in very good condition, as are the bathrooms, which whilst not exactly cutting edge, have a certain charm.
location
This hotel is located in a quiet area on the edge of Zurich's central business area within a ten minute walk of the lake, and Bahnhofstrasse and perhaps 15mins from the old town.
