This hotel is located near the centre of Queens town and only ten minutes drive from Queenstown airport.
rooms
The large rooms are in exceptional condition and have all the usual amenities. The bathrooms are predominantly in marble and are also in exceptional condition. Only a few rooms in the hotel have good views of the lake, but this is not regarded as a problem given that the lake and mountains can be viewed from almost every point in the resort town.
restaurant
The observatory restaurant is the main dining option in the hotel. Open for breakfast and dinner. There is also the Club bar which serves light meals.
exterior
It is a modern low-rise building with glass and chrome features.
lobby
The lobby is large and elegant. with plenty of seating available.
general
This is an excellent four star hotel. Large rooms convenient location and good service. In house facilities include gym, sauna and spa. WiFi access is available in all public areas. SE0808
