The medium-size lobby is furnished in Contemporary style and offers a cozy atmosphere for guests to relax after a busy day.

This is a concrete 7 story building with private balconies. Parking (lobby level, underground and open air) behind the hotel. During the latest renovation as of June 2005 sound proof laminated windows has been installed.

The hotel has a restaurant, a large pub with weekend live entertainment and a well stocked beer & wine store ranked in the top five for Vancouver.

Standard rooms include either a king or two double beds.
