The hotel provides a bistro serving food and beverages on-the go and is open from early morning through late afternoon. The restaurant serves dinner nightly and Sunday brunch incorporating a continental style menu with local ingredients. It also serves classic teas as well. The cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers view of the St Lawrence with an a la carte menu as well as a buffet.
