This is a delightful hotel in a good location. (GH1208)

Medium in size with a comfortable seating area.
exterior
The outside is very grand looking with pilars at the entrance, and it has a beautiful frontage. Traditional.
restaurant
A very high standard. The hotel retains many of its original features including marble fireplaces, oak panelled library and a magnificent 19th century mahogany staircase. The garden lounge, foyer lounge and lounge bar make a bright and graceful venue for light meals, afternoon teas, morning coffees, cocktails and aperitifs.
rooms
Differ in size, but the majority of them are large size and are in excellent condition. The rooms are individually decorated. All rooms have modem points.
location
Set in its own landscaped grounds just two miles from the historical city. The hotel also has excellent road links to Leeds and the A1 motorway is a short drive away.
