The hotel also offers a lounge called Traders Landing, located at Yap Airport, which provides a comfortable ambience for their arriving and departing guests. The Traders Club, reserved exclusively for their guests offers the only place at Yap Airport to relax in air-conditioned comfort while awaiting their 01:40 departure for Guam. The 2-story tall building is styled in unique 1880's Victorian architecture.

There are two restaurants serving continental, Asian and Yapese speciality cuisine. The Veranda View, a white tablecloth dinner house serves gourmet dinners with an expansive view of Chamorro Bay and the ocean. The poolside cafe allows visitors to sample local and international cuisine on the first floor, adjacent to the pool and the poolside bar, is a more casual atmosphere with lower prices. The adjacent pool bar provides entertainment and poolside beverage service.

The hotel features 20 large and spacious guest rooms and 2 Grand Suites. Guest rooms are accented by hand crafted furniture and original artworks from the Ethnic Art Institute of Micronesia, also offering all the amenities of a 5 Star Hotel. Each guest room has its own personal room steward to see to you every need and attention to detail is their trademark. All guest rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
location
This Victorian-styled hotel is situated approximately 5 minutes by car from Yap Airport. A staff person meets each plane arrival, helps the guests through baggage and customs, and provides complimentary van pick up and return service to the airport.
