The hotel was built with divers in mind. All of the dive facilities and equipment storage are conveniently located within steps of the hotel. Yap Divers, located on the premises, offers a full service dive shop, all levels of instruction, Mares & Oceanic rental equipment, morning and afternoon two tank dives to either the Manta sites or the reefs and walls. A number of specialty dives are also offered on a daily basis - Mandarin Fish, Macro, Shark Feed and night dives. NITROX is also available for all dives. (0704MI)

The modern building is a 3-story tall architecture.
restaurant
1 restaurant and 2 bars can be found within the property. The restaurant is located on the main deck of a large boat, called the S/V Mnuw, and has the reputation of being the island?s finest restaurant, with great views over the lagoon. The food is inspired by Asian, Local and European recipes.Mangrove Crab and tapioca have added a tasty "local flavor" to the restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a cold beer or a refreshing tropical drink in either the bar located on the Bridge Deck of the Mnuw or in the bar located on the top deck under the mizen mast.
rooms
The hotel features 24 large and spacious guest rooms, including 11 Ocean View, 4 Deluxe Ocean View and 9 Garden View. The Ocean View rooms are located on the seaward side of the hotel, providing a nice view of the ocean from their private balconies. The Garden View rooms are located on the opposite side, overlooking the road and the hills beyond. The rooms are decorated in tropical elegance including tiled floors throughout the hotel. Furniture is natural rattan with a tropical pastel fabric, and pots of tropical plants can be found everywhere.
