This hotel is set in 35 acres of gardens on the banks of the River Thames. It is 3 miles from Windsor Castle and 15 miles from Heathrow airport.
rooms
The bedrooms are all mainly located in recent extensions to the original mansion. They all have bath and shower, television with in-house movies, hair dryer and trouser press. They are a variety of sizes but all are decorated and furnished in a Victorian style.
restaurant
The restaurant is wood panelled and serves a wide selection of traditional English and continental cuisine.
exterior
The hotel is a romantic gothic mansion built from very pale cream bricks. Which was built in 1859. There is a modern wing extension.
lobby
The lobby area is medium in size and is panelled in dark woods. There is a large sweeping stair case. (09/05 LP)
