A mixture of room configurations , king, twin or king plus single beds. Tastefully designed in keeping with the heritage style of the property. Most have bathtubs but some with shower only. Disabled facility rooms also available.

There is one formal restaurant and three cafe style dining options. Main dining restaurant is the Ruapehu restaurant. the Pihanga cafe is open all day and is modern cafe style.
