There is one formal restaurant and three cafe style dining options. Main dining restaurant is the Ruapehu restaurant. the Pihanga cafe is open all day and is modern cafe style.

A mixture of room configurations , king, twin or king plus single beds. Tastefully designed in keeping with the heritage style of the property, the Mountain view rooms offer views of Mt Ruapehu, Mt Ngauruhoe or Mt Tongariro. Most have bathtubs but some with shower only. Disabled facility rooms also available.

At the foot of Mount Ruapehu in the Tongariro National park. (world Heritage park). 100kms from Taupo, 18kms from National park railway station.
