The property is set in amongst tranquil gardens and is located just 20 minutes, via the freeway, from the Avalon Airport and 35 minutes from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. Several shopping opportunities are located near the hotel. The Open Range Zoo, Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, Victoria State Rose Garden and the University of Melbourne are all located close by.
