It is large and decorated in a modern style and fully furnished with settees and tables. On the right is reception, decorated in light wood and on the left is the cafeteria followed by the restaurant.

This building was converted in 1968 from a medical residence to a hotel.

The restaurant is only a la carte. On the first floor you can find 2 large lounges: the "Ayora" lounge and the "Moraya" lounge where banquets and conventions can take place.
rooms
All rooms are big enough and comfortably decorated although a bit dated. They are fully furnished and contain all the facilities you might expect.

Located within a walking distance from the new shopping and financial district of "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias " or City of Arts and Sciences.
