The hotel is located on the edge of the city in the quiet Rocklunda suburb famed for its sporting arena's, which include, ice hockey, football and handball. The city is only 2 km away where it is possible to find the largest lake marina in Sweden with restaurants, shops and recreational activities.

All rooms are identical in design providing simple lacquered wood furniture and bright earthly colours, typically following the standard Ibis model. Rooms are a good size and are well kept as are the bathrooms.
