Alila Ubud is situated in the traditional Balinese hill village of Payangan and on the banks of the mystical and magical Ayung river. The resort is located just five kilometers from Ubud centre and approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from the International Airport, Ngurah Rai.

The 56 rooms and villas are housed in 14 two storey blocks, design to resemble a Balinese village. Deluxe rooms are on the ground floor feature individual garden terraces and a back courtyard with an open air bathroom and shower. The Superior rooms are on the upper floor feature private balcony. The Ayung river villas offer a spacious walk around deck and perched over the valley with spectacular views of the Ayung river. The Graden villas provide a private tropical garden and an outside bath surrounded by a lotus pond.

The restaurant is towering by coconut pillars and a traditional thatched roof with open air style. Offers Balinese cuisine as well as International dishes.
