The hotel is located in the heart of exciting night area "Kabuki-cho" in Shinjuku. It is 5 minutes walk from East Exit, JR Shinjuku station. The rapid train from Narita Airport (Narita Express) stops at the station. In addition, from the hotel, it is two minutes walk from D5 Exit Shinjuku Nishiguchi on subway Oedo Line. Famous department stores and discount electric shops are within walking distance from the hotel.

All rooms are on between 10th -24th floors and they are small with modern decor. All are equipped with high-speed internet access (fee charged), in-room safety box, refrigerator and a tea set. English, Korean and Chinese program are available on television. No closet is in room. In twin room, there is space to keep luggage under beds. Double room has one 140CM width bed. Bathrooms are small but in good condition.

There are three restaurants; modern Japanese cuisine, Italian and buffet cuisine.

It is a modern, 25-storey brown building adjacent to Shinjuku station on Seibu Railways Line and along with JR railways.

Lobby is on the basement floor and is small with some sitting space.
