A convenience store is located on the ground floor of the hotel. It is a perfect choice for business and sightseeing due to its lively area and accessible location. (07/08 YT)
lobby
The lobby for the main building is located on the 3rd floor up the escalator from the entrance. It is small with a stylish design and has a few seating areas. Its check-in and check-out procedure is unique. On arrival, guests fill out a registration card on unmanned counters before they go to the manned reception desk. On departure, guests can save time by checking-out through automatic settlement machines in the lobby. For guests staying in the Annex, check-in and check-out can be done only at the reception where is located on the second floor of the Annex. From the hotel's main entrance, follow the sign of "Annex" (in English), going through the main building.

The hotel is a 25-storey, white, modern building.
restaurant
The hotel provides 5 restaurants serving western and Japanese cuisines and a steak restaurant. The Manhattan Table is located on the top floor with night time illuminations of the Tokyo skyline. There are also a bar and a lounge in the hotel.
rooms
All rooms in the Annex are designed simply and medium in size. They have calm atmosphere where the guests can relax. They are equipped with a refrigerator, air condition, hair dryer and complimentary high speed internet access. Each room has no covered closet with some dress hangers on the wall. All bathrooms are small and kept in good condition.
location
The hotel has a superb location with good views of Tokyo landmark skyscrapers, and is just next to the Shinjuku metropolitan government office. It is an 8-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The Airport Limousine Bus runs between the hotel and the International Narita Airport or Haneda Airport every day. It takes 120 minutes from Narita Airport, and 60 minutes from Haneda Airport.
