Entering the hotel gives the guests an immediate feeling of a calm oasis with low lighting and soft decor. The lobby is medium, with a modern design, still retaining a Japanese style. The reception is a simple but chic design, with a unique computer designed screen focal point. Plenty of sofas for seating and a fireplace. The concierge desk is adjacent to the reception.

This hotel is also famous for its high quality restaurants including Chinese, Japanese and Californian cuisine including open-air dining. The lobby lounge is spacious with plenty of greenery.

Deluxe rooms are located on the regular floors and they are all spacious with superior sleeping accommodations, surrounded by a calm decor by a French designer with Japanese touches. The beds are all top quality "Sealy" mattresses from the U.S., called "Super Bed", with high quality Italian and Egyptian bed linen and four different types of pillows provided. Other room facilities include a high-speed LAN internet access, audio system, CNN and satellite TV. The windows are large with plenty of natural light. The bathrooms are medium but kept in good condition with plenty of amenities. Other luxury room types are available on the Premier and Luxury floors.
location
This hotel is located in Shirokanedai residential area, next to the Happo-en, which is famous for its exquisite Japanese garden and old teahouse. It is just a 4 minutes walk from the Shirokanedai station on subway Mita Line. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to/from Meguro station on JR Yamanote Line everyday and also to/from Shinagawa station. The Airport Limousine bus to/from Narita Airport runs daily.
