lobbyThere are lobbies in both wings of the hotel and guests can check-in at either. There are plenty of uniformed staff on hand to help guests and their service standards are high. Plenty of seating areas, shopping and restaurants are available.
exteriorThe hotel comprises of the Wing tower, being over 40 stories high, and the Main Tower where Exectuive House Zen floors are located. The hotel is famous for its Japanese garden, on which millions of yen are spent yearly for it's upkeep.
