generalThe hotel is modern set in the spacious scenic Japanese gardens and well known for its banqueting facilities, which is one of the biggest in Japan. The atmosphere of the hotel is similar to a resort hotel and it is suitable for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is connected with Grand Prince Takanawa Hotel and The Prince Sakura Tower Hotel via the gardens. Some facilities at those hotels can be shared with guests staying at this hotel. (10/10 HT)
lobbyBeing extremely large and wide, it gives the guest a spacious and welcoming atmosphere and is one of the largest hotel lobbies in Tokyo, being 2 floors high. There is also a lounge leading on from the reception, which gives beautiful views of the Japanese gardens and a quiet space for guests to enjoy.
exteriorThe exterior of the hotel is modern and distinctive, being designed by the architect Mr. Togo Murano, a member of the Japanese Art Academy. The building is completely white with distinctive balcony curves from each room, adding to the unique design to the building and is easily recognised.
restaurantThere are over twenty restaurants, bars, and lounges in the hotel complex, offering a range of international cuisine from Japanese, French, Italian, and Chinese. There is also a Japanese teahouse, situated in the middle of a Japanese garden, which serves traditional Japanese cuisine.
roomsEach room is large with a seating area, dressing table, and a small white cast-iron balcony where guests can actually step outside and enjoy the view of Tokyo or hotel's Japanese garden. All rooms are equipped with Internet Access by LAN and refrigerator (empty). All the bathrooms are spacious with room to sit down at the wash basins. All rooms have a small, white cast-iron partition in front of the door which links to the balcony and is a unique feature. All rooms are non renovated room on 2nd - 6th floor.
locationThe hotel is located a few minutes' walk from JR Shinagawa station, one of the major stations in Tokyo which has a stop for the Bullet train (Shinkansen) and several underground lines making it easy for the visitor to move around the city. Both Narita and Haneda International Airports can be easily accessed. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Shinagawa station. The surrounding area has a variety of shops and restaurants.
