The hotel is located in a newly developed area "Italia-Gai"(Italian Town) between Hamamatsucho and Shiodome. It takes 8 minutes walk from the North exit of JR Hamamatsucho station on Yamanote Line and Mono-rail line to Haneda Airport. Otherwise, it is 10 minutes walk from Shiodome station on Yurikamome Line to Tokyo Bigsight, international exhibition centre in Tokyo.

All rooms are medium in size and modern decor with wooden wall. Single room has 140 cm width bed and is particularly aiming business travelers. It has a large writing desk in the centre of room and High-speed Internet access. Bathroom is small but kept in good condition. Other facilities which help guests for comfortable stay; trousers press, electric air cleaner, a small dressing mirror for make-up.

There is a restaurant on ground floor offering from breakfast to dinner, Italian food with fresh ingredient.
