The hotel is centrally located on bustling Shinjuku Dori Street, and with convenience access, by public and private transport to all of Tokyo's business and political places, entertainment districts and major sporting venues. It takes approximately 3 minutes walk from Yotsuya Exit of JR Yotsuya Station on Chuo / Sobu Line and Exit 2 of Yotsuya Station on Tokyo Metro Nanboku / Marunouchi Line. It takes only 10 minutes by train from Shinjuku and 15 minutes from Tokyo Station.

All rooms are medium in size and decorated in white with modern furniture. They are all equipped with facilities such as air-conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, trouser press and complimentary high speed internet access. The bathroom is small in size and kept clean in excellent condition.

There is a pizzeria restaurant on the ground floor where daily breakfast is served. It opens throughout the day and provides light Italian foods and beverages. On the first basement level, a casual restaurant bar also opens for lunch and evening time. It features wide selection of wines and cocktails from worldwide as well as fine bar foods.
