The hotel is located in a newly developed area "Italia-Gai"(Italian Town) between Hamamatsucho and Shiodome. It takes 8 minutes walk from the North exit of JR Hamamatsucho station on Yamanote Line and Mono-rail line to Haneda Airport. Otherwise, it is 10 minutes walk from Shiodome station on Yurikamome Line to Tokyo Bigsight, international exhibition centre in Tokyo.

All rooms are medium size and modern decor with wooden wall. All double rooms have a 160 cm width bed and High-speed Internet access. Bathroom is small but kept in good condition. Other facilities which help guests for comfortable stay; trousers press, electric air cleaner, a small dressing mirror for make-up.

There is a restaurant on ground floor offering from breakfast to dinner, Italian food with fresh ingredient.

It is a modern, 13-storey yellow building.

It is very small with some sitting space. There is a small self-service business corner where personal computers with Internet access and a copy machine are provided for guests.(both operated with coins)
