Two storey historical, wooden colonial sytle building with sweeping balconies facing the lake, the original Terraces Hotel built in 1889 forms the Heritage Wing. The mountain Wing has 5 floors.

Bistro Lago, offers a variety of local and international cuisine. The restaurant offers a good ambience with inside dining in in the comfort with open fire place in winter or alfreso style in summer on the balcony.
