The lobby is very spacious. It opens up on a bar lounge with more seats available. The lobby is always busy with business and corporate travellers arranging meetings in the various lounges.

The building is a massive modern construction dated 1990.

The hotel offers a choice of restaurants covering a wide range of dishes (Italian, Lebanese, Tunisian, international).

The rooms are spacious and equipped with all modern facilities and in very good condition. They are decorated with modern furniture. The bathrooms are in also in good condition.

The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from Tunis city centre and fifteen minutes drive from the international airport.
