restaurantThe cuisine is a faithful reflection of the rich delights of the region, a hunter's paradise and the seat of one of the largest vineyards on earth. Toledan style stewed partridge, "duelos y quebrantos" (egg dish) and Toledan punch feature among a selection of dishes which have a strong local flavour. Its traditional sweets play an important part of the menu, especially its marzipans.
