The hotel is located a stones throw away from the beach and the main entertainment and shopping areas. It is well located for both tourist and business travellers and very close to the new marina area, home to a wide array of bars and restaurants

The hotel also has banqueting and conference facilities for up to 150 people. Parking is available for hotel guests only. There is free internet and wifi throughout the hotel

The lobby is medium in size with marble flooring, white walls and dark wood reception area. It incorporates a comfortable lounge and bar area which is also frequented by local business people

Situated adjacent to the lobby, the restaurant is modern with carpeted floors and dark wood furnishings and lots of natural light

There are 120 rooms, well equipped with interconnecting doors for family use and with wheelchair access. 27 rooms have kitchenettes. All rooms are air conditioned and flat screen tv's. All are in excellent condition and have light brown furniture with a pastel/natural colour scheme with parquet flooring. Some rooms overlook the sea.
