The hotel is located right at the sea at the Resort town of Taba, which is very close to the Israeli border.

The rooms are medium in size and decorated functional in the typical style of Holiday Inn resort hotels in the Middle East with tiled floors, colourful curtains and bed linen and beige furniture. The bathrooms are also medium in size, functional equipped and tiled throughout.

There are several restaurants with different cuisines.

A typical Arabic/Middle east style building, whitewashed walls, green garden oasis in between the buildings and bungalows.

The medium size Lobby is decorated in Arabic style with marble floors and seating areas around the Lobby.
