locationThe hotel is located on the city side of Darling Harbour overlooking the water and the Sydney Aquarium. Sydney Opera House and the Rocks are just a short bus ride away. Across from the hotel are Cockle Bay and King Street Wharf area with many great restaurants and bars. There is a direct access to the Sydney Aquarium from the hotel via a walkway.
rooms City side rooms are medium in size and generally in an excellent condition. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows with offers abundant natural light and are fashioned with contempory furniture. Room facilities include armchair, work desk, air-conditioning, in room safe & flat screen TV with cable.
generalThis is one of Sydney's largest hotels in an excellent location. It is a quality superior first class product. There is a fully equipped gym but no pool. There is a good range of souvenir shops within the hotel on the lower lobby.

lobbyThe lobby area is medium in size and functional, with a bar and restaurant opposite the main entrance. There are 2 levels to the lobby with the lower level dedicated to group arrivals, whilst the ground level welcomes independent travelers.
exteriorThis hotel is a modern, white high-rise curved building. It encompasses the restored features of the historical Corn Exchange Warehouse, which can be seen mostly on the lower ground level of the hotel. The hotel is consequently a heritage-listed building.
restaurantThe Corn Exchange Restaurant is located in the lobby and is well regarded amongst locals for its seafood buffet and a la carte dining. There is a lobby bar situated just in front of the entrance to the restaurant. Outdoor dining in a peaceful courtyard adjacent to the restaurant is also available. Located at the front of the hotel entrance, you will find the Dundee Arms pub. Though to be Sydney's 4th oldest pub, it is small and quaint and is heritage listed. The hotel now operates it, and it is open for drinks and meals. Legend has it that the upstairs of the pub is inhabited by a friendly ghost!
