The hotel is on William Street, conveniently located midway between the city centre, Kings Cross, Darlinghurst and Potts Point. It's a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from the city centre, with St Mary's Cathedral, the Australian Museum & Hyde Park along the way. Potts Point, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst are walking distance from the hotel, and offer some of the best dining options in Sydney with an ecclectic choice of upmarket restaurants, al fresco cafes and trendy bars and nightclubs. The location of the hotel also makes it very easy to get out to the eastern city beaches (including Bondi and Coogee) and bus stops for the Sydney Explorer Line are located outside hotel entrance.

Deluxe Harbour View rooms are located on the higher floors of the hotel and offer spectacular views across the Domain (park) and the magnificent Sydney harbour, including the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. These are honestly some of the best views you will find in Sydney. Rooms and bathrooms are medium size and in good condition. Majority of rooms have been stylishly refurbished with modern decor and comfortable bedding.

Seasons Cafe is on the first floor offering breakfast and lunch. The 25th Floor Restaurant & Cocktail bar is on the top floor, with spectacular views of the Sydney skyline, Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The Vard Espresso Bar serving coffee/tea, cold beverages and light snacks is also available on the Ground Floor.
