The hotel is at the heart of the Swansea Enterprise Park. It is situated just one and a half miles from junction 44 and 45 of the M4 motorway and within four miles of the train station. It is also just forty five miles from Cardiff.

The bedrooms have all modern facilities but are quite small. All are however in good condition.
