Standing 400 feet above sea level, this countryside complex is situated north of the island and crowns the top of a secluded hill in Wardija on the outskirts of St Paul's Bay. Breathtaking views and tranquil surroundings make this a haven for relaxation seekers. The centre of touristic Bugibba and its wide choice of bars and restaurants is approximately 10 mins drive away from the property. A rental car is a must, no transport is available in the area.

A very unique property on the island enjoying some of the best views in Malta. Facilities include a bar/games room open between 18:30 and 23:30, outdoor swimming pool and a mini food store. Definately recommended to all those wanting a relaxing holiday away from traffic, noise and pollution. Great savings on 3 - 4 persons sharing. DRIVING DIRECTIONS : On leaving Gudja Airport pass by the roundabout and keep to the left. Follow signs QORMI. On reaching QORMI ROUNDABOUT take left turning and keep going straight. Pass by the Siggiewi roundabout and follow signs MOSTA MDINA RABAT ZEBBUG. After this follow signs DINGLI MOSTA RABAT MDINA. On reaching MOSTA roundabout follow sign GOZO FERRY MELLIEHA ST.PAUL'S BAY. Here again follow sign ST.PAUL'S BAY CIRKEWWA. On reaching BURMARRAD village drive past the church situated in the centre between two roads and on leaving the church for approx. 200mtrs be careful to locate SCOTTS SUPERMARKET situated on the left hand side of the road. Then turn left by the supermarket and drive uphill until you reach the crossroads where there are signs WARDIJA HILLTOP VILLAGE. Please follow these signs and you will reach your destination. Architecture is traditional in style, built of limestone and typical of the Maltese islands. Wooden shutters and windows are used throughout, except for the aluminium sliding doors leading to the terraces.

There is no restaurant at this property, a bar and games room are open during the evenings. A mini food store is also located on site.

With a minimum of 116 sq meters, these very large two bedroom self-catering apartments overlook the spectacular views of the Mediterranean, Malta's coastline and countryside.
