Right on the water's edge, this hotel commands magnificent views of Xemxija Bay. Property is in a tranquil residential area and just a 15 min walk along the promenade from the centre of St Paul's bay. Public transport located 5 min walk from hotel and serves routes to all main attractions on the island.

Rooms are medium in size, all tastefully decorated in neutral colours and very well maintained, as are the bathrooms. All rooms with balcony enjoying side views of the Mediterranean. Each unit features satellite TV, individual central heating / air conditioning, direct dial telephone and safety deposit box.

Restaurant is on the lower ground and is open for breakfast and dinner. Barbeque nights are held occasionally by the pool, offering al fresco dining and great views of the bay. The bar is open daily from 10am to 12pm serving hot / cold meals & drinks.
