This property is located in the heart of St Julian's, Malta's premier destination for nightlife. The hotel forms part of the Baystreet complex, a commercial centre offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars including a Hard Rock Cafe. The sandy St George's bay is within a 5 minute walk, as are other casinos, nightclubs, cinema and bowling alley.

The main restaurant is located on the 4th floor and specialises in Mediterranean cuisine. Modern in design offering a relaxing and informal atmosphere.

The hotel consists of two wings built round an internal open space overlooking various outlets in the shopping centre. Architecture is very modern in design making it stand out from the rest in the area.
