Surrounded by vineyards and beautiful mountains the Protea Dorpshuis and Spa hotel is a fantastic hotel. The Lounge is furnished with original antiques and is an ideal venue for guests to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening. The excellent spa has a variety of treatments available and is a great way to unwind after exploring the local wine lands. (AHJ 0509)

The Oak-Leaf restaurant serves A la Carte lunch and dinners as well as a wide ranging buffet breakfast. During the summer months breakfast is also served on the Vine-shaded patio.

All 27 rooms are individually decorated and furnished with antiques and artwork showcasing the local area. Whilst the hotel has a rural feel to it the rooms are modern and have a separate lounge area and modern facilities including air conditioning, safe, satellite TV. Room service is also available.
