Situated near the coast and the main Marina, the hotel is very close to the centre of Split and is also at the foot of the Marjan park-forest.
rooms
Most rooms have balconies and are medium in size with all the features expected of this class of hotel. They are basic and simple but clean.
restaurant
Medium in size, the restaurant is decorated in dark colours, mostly browns and yellows and is in need of updating.
exterior
The hotel building is a long low rise one with a central, square shaped tall tower. There are balconies all around the building and it is quite modern looking although getting a bit dated and in need of some renovations.
lobby
A large sized lobby features a brown wooden effect reception desk and a large central lighting feature in the ceiling.
general
Hotels strongest point is the excellent location in the city centre opposite the yacht harbour. It is a simple and basic product but bit dated and in need for renovation 10/07 RC
