"Plumeria" restaurant is a type main buffet restaurant which has 120 seats. The restaurant provides Western, Chinese and Japanese buffet dining plus an a la carte menu.

The rooms of the hotel are large. The emerald sea and the famous Saipan lagoon can be seen from all rooms. Banana leaf, petite shells, pitch and white style of new stripe line wallpaper is used to give the feeling of being in paradise. Visitors are treated to a guest room of a tropical setting with American bed and furniture imported from the U.S. Rooms are located on from eighth floor to tenth floor.

The hotel is located in the west beach in the southern part of Saipan. It is 10 Kilometers from the International Airport which is 15 minutes away by car. It is also 10 Kilometers away biggest shopping complex on the island.
