The hotel is located in the heart of tourist centre of Garapan the white sands of Micro Beach, within the walking distance to DFS Galleria, one of the major shopping mall in Saipan. It is a twenty-minuets drive away from the Airport.

The rooms are large in size with private balcony and views of Mountain area. The rooms have modern comforts such as air conditioning, cable TV within-house movies, VHS and a refrigerator. The rooms as well as bathrooms are good condition.

There are three restaurants including BBQ dinner with show and a bar on-site.

The hotel consists of twin eight-stories building on more than thirty thousand square meters of ocean front property overlooking a lagoon and magnificent sun set view.
