The hotel is nestles along Achugao Beach, reputed to be the most beautiful beach in Saipan, and is a thirty-minutes drive away from Saipan International Airport.
rooms
The rooms are set within cottage style properties, are large in size and have a tropical ambience. They are all deluxe rooms and have a furnished private balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Internet connection is available. The rooms, as well as the bathrooms, are in very good condition.
restaurant
Three restaurants including a poolside BBQ restaurant, a lounge bar, and a poolside bar.
exterior
The hotel complex consists of 2-storey deluxe cottage style properties that have two sets of private rooms on each floor. The cottages are set in and around the lush tropical gardens.

The open plan lobby is small in size, overlooking the swimming pool area.

The other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, three function rooms, and a spa with aromatherapy and foot care treatment programmes (1008YY)
