The hotel is located in the heart of the Susukino entertainment district. This area being famous for shopping, eating and drinking along with other establishments.
rooms
All semi-double rooms are small in size and have only one bed in 140cm width. They are also air conditioned with private facilities such as a hair dryer, pay per view movies, razor electrical socket, refrigerator, satellite television and a trouser press in some rooms. The complimentary high seed internet access is available from all rooms. The bathroom is also small and kept clean and is in good condition.

This is a superior tourist, 3 star hotel, with a full range of amenities and a number of services provided at the guests request. (03/10 YT)
lobby
The lobby is not very large in size. A very simple decorated area, it is often quite busy with people coming and going.
exterior
The hotel is a 12-storey modern concrete building, light brown in color. The size of the building is so large that can't be missed.

The hotel has a pub, restaurant, grill and bar as well as banqueting rooms and wedding facilities.
