The hotel is located near JR Sapporo Station. It takes approximately 5 minutes walk from the west exit of JR Sapporo Station and 7 minutes from Sapporo Subway Station on Nanboku Subway Line and Toho Subway Line. From New Chitose Airport, it takes 35 minutes by JR Airport Liner to JR Sapporo Station. It is also easy to access to entertainment and business district "Susukino" by subway.

All rooms are medium in size with modern comfort furnitures. They are all equipped with a refrigerator, a trouser press, LCD television, air purifier with humidifier and high speed internet access etc. The bathroom is clean and kept in excellent condition.

This is very good superior tourist class hotel in Sapporo. The hotel adopts a high-security IC card key system for all guestrooms and also features a public bath with negative ionic water for all guests.
