The apartments have a secure entrance. Please collect keys from the security office on the complex. In emergencies contact 00 359 55468172.

The complex is a brand new concrete building. It is a private complex with an onsite restaurant, large outdoor swimming pool and small playground for the kids. There are no lifts.

There is a restaurant within the private complex which is open all day by the pool or alternatively you can try one of the many restaurants in Sunny Beach itself.
rooms
The studios are brand new builds with a modern design, parquet flooring and small kitchenette area. The bathrooms are shower only.

The property is located in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria's largest black sea resort just 150 metres from the beach.
