It is a vast complex of low rise buildings and bungalows, very traditional looking but modern in structure. The complex is set in green gardens and palm trees and has numerous swimming pools everywhere.

The complex has 6 high quality restaurants, ranging from gourmet to Asian, as well as bars and snack bars by the pool or in the main building.
