Located along Claymore Road which is a slip road off Orchard Road, the main shopping and Entertainment hub. Most of the main shopping centres, including the latest Duty Free Shop (DFS) along the famous Orchard Road are a mere 5 minutes walk. Orchard MRT station is an 8 minutes walk away.
rooms
The rooms are large and spacious at 53 square meters. Furnishings are an elegant blend of traditional oriental and western contemporary style. The dark brown designer furniture adds to the charm and beauty. There is an additional living area with sofa and black colour low coffee table in the Executive room as compared to the Deluxe. The rooms comes with plasma television, coffee/tea making facilities, bathrobe, slippers and internet broadband access. The bathrooms are equally elegant with sunken long bath and a separate shower stall.

10 at Claymore is a modern bistro grill that offers contemporary European cuisine and premium meat meat menu. The House of Peranakan Cuisine specializes in authentic Peranakan food.

A new modern 21-storey building surrounded by upmarket residential apartments.
lobby
The lobby is large and very elegant with plenty of cosy designer leather sofas and black marbled pillars. There is no reception desk, only a little concierge desk as check-in is done on a personal basis by the customer-relations officer. The Lobby Lounge sits on one side of the lobby and the Club Lounge sits on the other.
general
This hotel is a great property. Although it is in the heart of Orchard Road, it is still secluded from the traffic and bustle. Hotel also feature a mineral water swimming pool which uses NASA patented ionisation technology to destroy bacteria 1,000 times more effectively than chlorine. Highly recommended. sg 01/08
