generalThe two pre-war buildings used to be public housing, it is now the biggest boutique hotel within the one of the oldest estate in Singapore. The eateries around the hotels are popular to the local as well as the tourist. There is a convenience store and a foot reflexology shop within the hotel building. Hotel provide shuttle service to Orchard Road, Chinatown and CBD areas.

lobbyThe lobby is small, with full length glass.
exteriorHotel has 2 buildings, a main road separate the 2 buildings and are connected by a overhead bridge. The main building is a 4-storeys building in pink shade, it's longish with a slight curve at the end of the building. These 2 buildings are the conservation work of the pre-war SIT (Singapore Improvement Trust) flats, purely conserving the facade.
restaurantLobby Lounge offers drinks and snacks in a relaxing environment. Akira serves authentic Japanese Restaurant.
roomsSuperior rooms are small however the clever use of lighting and the row of windows brighten the rooms and providing a spacious feel. Rooms are decorated in either Chinese, Indian, Malay or Modern themes to reflect the multi-cultural side of Singapore. The low wardrobe cum TV console sit in one corner with a LCD television on top, the wardrobe has limited space. A small writing table is also available for writing, all rooms are equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, slippers and broadband internet access is also available at a charge. Bathroom is small and has standing shower.
locationLocated in the residential area, it is within easy access to Orchard Road, CBD areas and Marina area. The latest Vivocity shopping mall is about 5 minutes drive away. It is located between the Tiong Bahru MRT station and Outram Park MRT station, both stations are about 15 minutes walk.
