Independent Report
generalThis hotel can be considered as a resort from the city in a quiet neighbourhood where the locals come for a outing. One can also consider this for an airport hotel although one must travel around the runway to get there. Once there, the atmosphere will lend itself to a peaceful and relaxing stay - especially while at the roof top swimming pool facing the sea watching the planes coming in. Also, don't miss the nice cosy drinking spot called Charlie's Corner in the village.
Hotel provides a complimentary hourly airport transfer from 6am to 12 midnight (break from 12 to 1pm)
AC 7/04

locationLocated in the sleepy seaside suburb of Changi Village, the hotel is situated near the beach and the jetty if one wants to take a boat out to Ubin island for some nature. The quaint village of Changi has its roots from WWII when the British forces established it as a place for R&R. There is a golf course nearby as well as a food centre across the road and more restaurants and pub down the road. Nearby, the infamous Changi War Museum and Chapel is of particular interest to WWII veterans as well as history buffs. The area is self sufficient for a getaway from the city and is a favorite weekend or evening dining spot for locals and visitors alike..
