The hotel is located right at the city center and beside the Suzhou River. It is within a five minutes' walk to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It is about a ten minutes' walk to the famous Bund, the nearest subway station is also within a five minutes' walk.

Rooms are in small size but tidy and neat. All rooms are furnished with full facilities. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are in good condition and only shower is available.

The hotel only has one Chinese restaurant, which is at the lobby level, mainly offering local dishes.
