Located at the west side of tranquil university campus, this budget hotel is appr. ten minutes' walk from the SHA-Mart, and the Shanghai International Exhibition Center is also within minutes' walk. It is centrally located in the Hongqiao area and with easy reach to all parts of the city.

Rooms vary, on average are small sized but nicely decorated. As a new hotel, all facilities are in very good condition, and most of the rooms equipped with showers only.

The restaurant is located at the first floor and pleasantly decorated, serving simple western food.

The hotel is consisted of two low-rise white-color building.

The lobby is very small sized but pleasantly decorated with serveral sofa for travellers for seats.

This budget hotel is located inside the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade(Hongqiao), which is at a very good location to the exhibition centers nearby.
