The apartment is conveniently located at the Xinzha Road, both the bustling People Square and the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street are within ten minutes' drive. There are convenient transportation links directly outside of the apartment - bus/taxi etc.

The rooms are well equipped and decorated in a pleasant atmosphere. All rooms?are very large in size with seperate kitchen, wooden floor etc. They are kept?in very good condition as are the bathrooms.

The restaurant is located on the second floor, providing mainly the western food. The breakfast is served in set menu style.

It is a modern, thirty-two floor white building with a small entrance from the Xinzha Road.

The lobby is small sized with several sofa for travellers for seats.
