The hotel is located near the Dongguk University. The center of Seoul is a mere 5 minute taxi ride away. Hotel can be accessed easily from both the domestic and international airports by the KAL shuttle bus. The Itaewon shopping district can be accessed within 15 minutes by the hotels free shuttle bus.

The guest rooms are spacious in size and have been renovated recently, and are furnished and installed a bidet bathroom with the latest amenities and the room safe. All the guest rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition.

The hotel has a number of restaurants and bars that offer a wide variety of cuisine. The bar 'Gran A' provides live entertainment and karoake every evening.

The hotel is a large modern 21 storey building that is perched on top of a small hill. The hotel has a medium size driveway with a large glass cover.

The marble lobby is large size and it has been renovated recently giving it a fresh look. There is a large check-in counter to the right of the main entrance.
